𝐊𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥 — 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐊𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥?

Kultuurifoorum Paabel is a festival of minority cultures and music taking place at Paavli Kultuurivabrik in Tallinn. It brings together minority communities living in Estonia, creatives, entrepreneurs, young people and a wider audience.

Over two days, the festival features:

* Minorities/Creativities entrepreneurship and creativity programme

* workshops

* presentations

* community cultural programme

* music, food, crafts and performances

The festival’s main artist is 𝐎𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐲𝐦𝐚𝐧, who will perform on the evening of the second day.

𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟏 (𝟐𝟔.𝟎𝟗)

The first day is dedicated to the Minorities/Creativities programme, bringing together 30 selected teams from minority communities, community initiatives and small businesses.

The day follows a World Café-style mentoring format, with participants moving between mentors’ topic tables, presenting their ideas, finding solutions and preparing for the following day’s pitches.

𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟐 (𝟐𝟕.𝟎𝟗)

The second day begins with team pitches and a competition, where the best ideas will be recognised with prizes and further support.

The public cultural programme then opens, bringing together community presentations, workshops, music, food, crafts, performances and an evening concert programme.

The festival will conclude with a live performance by its main artist, 𝐎𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐲𝐦𝐚𝐧.
