DESCRIPTION:We invite you to a mindfulness and art workshop where traditional Chinese calligraphy meets mindful meditation.\nThe workshop offers participants an opportunity to slow down, focus on their breathing and discover calligraphy as a form of active meditation. No previous experience is required – all materials will be provided on site, and the activity is suitable for everyone.\nThe workshop will be conducted in English. All necessary materials will be provided on site, and participants can take their creative work home with them.\nThe event is free of charge. Registration details will be confirmed in cooperation with Kaja Cultural Centre.\n
